Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one free account is permitted per individual or legal entity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, manipulate platform systems, or interfere with other users.
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. When subscribing, you must provide valid and current payment information.
By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge applicable fees, including renewals and add-ons, using your selected payment method.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
The Service may also include promotional rewards, in-platform currencies, affiliate/referral rewards, commissions, spins, shop credits, and other account balances. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such balances:
We reserve the right to introduce, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any subscription plan, add-on, balance type, reward type, credit type, commission model, payout logic, or redemption logic at any time.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@csskill.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the original invoice date.
Requests must include the email address associated with your account and the relevant payment date. Refunds outside this window may be declined.
Refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, or cancellations may also affect related promotional rewards, referral rewards, affiliate commissions, spins, shop credits, PP, RT, or similar benefits associated with the underlying transaction or activity.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, provided all outstanding invoices have been paid.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or interfere with other users.
Upon cancellation or termination, we may cancel, restrict, expire, reverse, or remove access to promotional benefits, pending affiliate/referral credits, pending commissions, pending spins, shop credits, PP, RT, and other non-cash balances, subject always to applicable mandatory law.
Unless you opt out, we may display your username, creator name, team name, or company name as a customer, affiliate, or community reference in marketing or promotional materials.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are made, we may notify you through the Platform, by email, or by other reasonable means. If required, you will be asked to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service or relevant features.
We may also update, replace, suspend, or discontinue specific rules relating to subscriptions, pricing, rewards, referral programs, affiliate programs, commissions, shop credit, giveaway structures, races, live picks, missions, streaks, or promotional campaigns.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, such changes may apply prospectively from the date they are published or otherwise communicated.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including features, pricing, availability, reward structures, referral mechanics, affiliate mechanics, and promotional systems.
We do not guarantee that any particular feature, item, giveaway, reward, race, live pick, mission, referral outcome, affiliate payout, or account balance will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, expected rewards, expected commissions, expected affiliate income, expected shop credits, or anticipated future program benefits.
This includes, without limitation:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable consumer law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Participation does not constitute gambling, wagering, or financial investment. Any in-platform points, tokens, credits, or rewards, including PP and RT, have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for real-world currency unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company in writing.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional activity at any time.
Participation in giveaways, weekly races, daily missions, streaks, and live picks is limited to:

Live Picks, prediction activities, missions, streaks, and weekly races are engagement features based on probabilistic or deterministic models created by the Company.

All leaderboard placements, streak outcomes, mission completions, and promotional results are final once determined by the Company.

Use of bots, scripts, exploitative strategies, multi-accounting, self-referrals, collusive behavior, or attempts to manipulate scoring systems, match imports, mission systems, streak systems, or reward logic is strictly prohibited.
In-platform currencies, including but not limited to PP and RT:

No affiliate, user, or participant has any vested right to any future rate, structure, benefit, reward, payout model, qualification rule, or program format previously offered by the Company.

The Company may require removal, correction, or cessation of promotional content that, in its judgment, is misleading, unlawful, non-compliant, or harmful to the Company's brand or reputation.
The Company may withhold, reverse, cancel, adjust, or reclaim any affiliate commission, reward, spin, shop credit, PP, RT, or other benefit if:

You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, or similar governmental charges arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program or receipt of commissions, credits, rewards, or benefits, except where the Company is required by law to withhold or report.
The Company may request tax information, identity information, address information, payment verification, or other supporting documentation before granting or releasing certain rewards, balances, or benefits.
The Company makes no representation or guarantee regarding the number of referrals, amount of commissions, value of shop credit, or other rewards you may receive.
Any examples, illustrations, statistics, or estimated values shown on the Platform are indicative only and do not guarantee future results.
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice, including where:
Upon termination, unvalidated, pending, promotional, or discretionary rewards may be canceled. Validated balances may be handled according to the rules then in effect, subject always to these Terms and mandatory applicable law.
